The difference
with this cancer memoir was that it was a cartoon.
And it was real and honest.
At the time, I was excited about its potential for being a
resource I could use with my clients. It
also provided me with some insight into what it must be like for young women
living with cancer.
Of course, as you all know by now it turned out to be a very
valuable resource, but on more levels than I could ever have imagined.
Stories like this will never have an expiry date.
